Friendship……what a lovely bond. Isn’t it ? We experience many friendships in our life right from the day we are born. Our parents become our first best friends , then relatives , then we make many during our school n college and then God sends another very good friend in our life  that’s our spouse. Of course I am grateful to all the good friends I  got to make in my life . But few were the special ones which immediately come into my mind whenever friendship is talked of. I am remembering today my friends which are pure friends , I mean not husband or parents or siblings , but the friends I made in my hostel days.   Who is she behind  shi ??? अमेरिका की सबसे प्रभावशाली बिज़नेस वूमेन में एक नाम आता है थायी ली  Thai Lee .  वे अमेरिका के  राज्य Texas में रहती हैं । वे अमेरिका की महिला स्वामित्व वाली सबसे बड़ी   अरबपति कंपनी की CEO  व प्रेजिडेंट हैं । उनकी कंपनी का नाम है   shi    ( Software House International ).  यह बिज़नेस Thai Lee ने  बड़ी मेहनत से पिछले 27 साल में तयार किया है ।आज उनकी कम्पनी में हज़ारों कर्मचारी काम करते हैं । उनकी कम्पनी का आज 7.5 अरब डॉलर का कारोबार है । Thai Lee, shi CEO थायी ली का जन्म  1958 में थाईलैंड के बैंकाक में हुआ । इन्होंने बायोलॉजी और इकोनॉमिक्स में बीए किया । उसके बाद एक ऑटोपार्ट्स कंपनी में नौकरी कर ली । लेकिन वे अमेरिका जाना चाहती थीं । इसलिए नौकरी करते हुए बचत की और MBA करने अमेरिका पहुंच गई । हारवर्ड यूनिवर्सिटी से MBA किया । इसके बाद 2-3 साल तक नौकरी की । लेकिन उन्हें हमेशा लगता था कि अपना बिज़नेस ही  करना चाहिए । उन्होंने साथ साथ  बिज़नेस के बारे में जानना व सीखना शुरू कर दिया । 1989 में उनकी शादी लियो कोगुन से हो गयी । दोनों ही बिज़नेस करना चाहते थे । पता चला ...

हम सब अपनी अपनी लाइफ की भागदौड़ में लगे हुए हैं पर क्या कभी कभी ऐसा नही लगता कि लाइफ ने कुछ ज़्यादा ही स्पीड पकड़ी हुई है ? हर समय हम बस भाग रहे हैं । क्या आपको लगता है लाइफ का असली मकसद व सच्चा आनंद जो हमे मिलना चाहिए था , वो नही मिल रहा है ? कुछ खो गया हो जैसे । Are we really happy or not? आधी लाइफ तो दुनियादारी का सामान  और यश इकठ्ठा करने में ही चली गयी , घर बनाना है ,  आलीशान गाड़ी लेनी है , घर के बाकी सामान की किश्तें देनी हैं । आधी लाइफ गुज़र जाने के बाद जब तक हम 45-50 साल के हो जाते हैं तब याद आता है ओहो , मुझे तो यह करना था , वो करना था , ऐसा करने से सच्चा आनंद मिलना था , सही समय आएगा तो मैं ये करूँगा, वो करूँगा , पर वो कौनसा सही समय है जो आता ही नही । 💥 हम में से ज़्यादातर लोग present में जीना छोड़ देते हैं । मेरी नौकरी लग  जाये न तो मेरी लाइफ में खुशियां आ जाएं , मेरे बच्चे की अच्छी जगह एडमिशन हो जाए न तो खुशियां आ जाएं , बस ऐसा कुछ न कुछ हम सबके दिमाग मे घूमता रहता है , और हम बस खुशियों के इन्तज़ार में ही बैठे रहते हैं । 💥  मैंने कुछ दिनों पहले   Robin Sharma...
