Auckland gye aur sky tower nahi dekha to kuch nahi dekha
The major attraction of Auckland city is Sky Tower .
Standing tall at 328 meters -taller than Eiffel tower of Paris , the Sky Tower of Auckland is an icon of Auckland’s sky line for more than 20 years. It gives 360 degree view of Auckland up to 80km in all directions .
I got a ticket for 32 dollars and reached to the top of the building in the evening around 4 pm. I had not expected it to be so amazing . The view from the top was just mesmerizing -something that my eyes didn’t want to even blink it away .

The sky tower has a circular platform on the top covered with glass from where you can have full view of the whole Auckland . Watching the tallest buildings appearing so small , watching the famous harbour bridge , the far away islands , the scenic view of the sea and the ferries , from such a great height makes the Sky Tower experience very exciting .
Apart from glass boundaries , there are glass floors also at few parts where I really had to gather lot of courage to step on and watch the road 328 metres down . That makes around 1076 feet . Quite high ! No ?

Well as time passed ,the sun started turning red and it was a beautiful experience watching sunset in Auckland from one of the tallest monuments . Along with the sunset , the city got lightened up which made the view even more majestic .
Activities at Sky Tower, Auckland :
The sky tower offers adventure activities like sky jump and sky walk also . For people living with the mantra ‘life is an adventure ‘ these prove to be very thrilling . My heart was thumping high watching people do those thrills but I couldn’t dare myself . Well may be next time .
There is a lot other what you can do . Thers is a big casino where you can try your luck and also you can enjoy superb dining .
It was the first time that I got a chance to visit a casino . The environment there was totally new to me -even more advanced than what I have seen in some movies . It was a whole new world for me . All could be seen drinking , enjoying with the loud music & playing with their dollars.
Coming out of the tower I also saw a Sky Tower souvenir shop also where you can buy gifts for your loved ones .
Visiting Sky Tower in Auckland was an unforgettable experience for me . I feel lucky to have visited the 25th tallest tower of the world ,The Sky Tower. Selfie to banti hai !
