The colours of passion

Reading this book has been total  excitement and I  feel thrilled to write its review today.

As the name says , this crime thriller shows varied colours of romance, anger, love, revenge, jealousy and lust. The passion can really be felt all through, right from page one till the last . The author is well able to create immense interest in the murder mystery  as it keeps one glued to the plot.

The story is around  families of two entrepreneurs , Deepak Awasthi  and Surinder Chauhan.  Deepak Awasthi  is happy about the decision  to get his daughter Neha married to Surinder Chauhan’s son Manav . But Manav is not able to find  that love hue in Neha & calls off this wedding .

Manav finds that longed love in Hiya Sen, who is a star and her last few movies struck gold at the box office. The two get married but within days of their marriage, Hiya Sen  is raped and murdered in front of the eyes of her husband Manav . The incident takes Manav into a trauma.

ACP Agni  becomes the incharge of the investigation .  He is able to find a main suspect Mayank Kapoor , who had an affair earlier with Hiya Sen. When it seems that the murder mystery is about to get solved, the suspect Mayank Kapoor jumps off his apartment balcony . Now Author  sends a chill down one’s spine and makes the reader’s breathing heavy when Agni makes the secret revelation .

To know about the shocking truth behind the murder , you must read The Colours of Passion and enjoy the heart wrenching  suspense.

I must say that the author is really able to make the scenes come alive in front of the eyes of the reader and ignite immense curiosity in the heart to find out what happens next . Hats off to you Sourabh Mukherjee !! You created the magic !!

Zoozoozoo : A journey

 Today is Sunday ,  May 1st 2022 and yesterday i was invited to my daughter's school to witness a small function.  My daughter Suhani was born in 2007 and the day clearly flashes in front of my eyes when she got on to the auditorium stage for her first annual function during her LKG class . I had dressed her up in a beautiful purple frock . The auditorium echoed  with the sounds of claps as the team LKG stepped on to the stage and took their positions as couples . Their teacher had blushed  everyone's cheeks pink and golden. The song started 'Zoozoozoo......we welcome you ......' and the kiddos started twisting their hips and legs holding on to their partners . Uplift your mood

 My evening today was not good . I was doing all domestic chores in a  burdened way. I tried watching some  movie but it couldn't interest me . One of my colleagues called to intimate me of  some upcoming duty. That further pressurized my bad  mood . I wore my shoes , put on my headphones and got ready for a walk . After walking for around half an hour and listening to old bollywood , my feet took me towards the splash pool where children were enjoying . I removed my shoes and sat there at the edge of the pool dipping my feet into the water. Watching me , one of my friends also came and sat along . Both of us sat for quite  long on the edge of pool - chatting and dabbling our toes in the water. This cooled my mind and uplifted my mood .  You need to find  your own ways to uplift your mood as and when required . Music , Dance ,Good food , Laughing , shopping ,picnic ,  playing any sport you like , painting , talking to someone , chanting a man...
