Story on FEAR in hindi कहानी--प्लेग का डर

पुराने समय की बात है एक बार एक राज्य में भयंकर रोग प्लेग फ़ैल गया…….बहुत लोग मारे गए….वहां के राजा ने अपने सब पंडितों और पुरोहितों को बुलाकर पुछा की प्लेग से बचने के लिए क्या करना चाहिए….

पुरोहितों ने आपस में सलाह करके कहा की भगवन शिव को प्रसन्न करेंगे तो ही ये बीमारी दूर भागेगी….राजा ने आदेश दे दिया की हर मंदिर में ,हर घर में शिव की पूजा अर्चना की जाये ,इसका सारा खर्च राजा के खजाने से दिया जायेगा…

एक महीने तक कई प्रकार की पूजा अर्चना के बाद एक पुरोहित को शिव के दर्शन हुए …भगवन ने पूछा ” क्या चाहते हो ” पुरोहित भगवन को साक्षात् देखकर दंग रह गया और बोला ” महादेव हमारे राज्य में भयंकर बीमारी फ़ैल गयी है इससे हमे बचाइए

भगवन बोले “तथास्तु “….तुम्हारी सेवा से मैं प्रसन्न हुआ….आज से मेरा नंदी तुम्हारे राज्य की प्लेग से रक्षा करेगा …..इतना कहते ही शिव अंतर्ध्यान हो गए…

अगले दिन राजा को ये शुभ समाचार दिया गया ….राजा खुश हो गए और उन्होंने सब पंडितों पुरोहितों को इनाम दिया…प्लेग को राज्य की सीमा में घुसने से रोकने के लिए नंदी रात दिन चौकसी करने लगा ….एक रात वो रात को पहरा दे रहा था की प्लेग मनुष्य रूप धारण करके आ गया और राज्य में प्रवेश का प्रयास करने लगा ….

नंदी ने उसे रोकना चाहा तो दोनों में युद्ध छिड़ गया …..कई दिनों तक युद्ध चलता रहा….कोई हार नहीं मानने वाला था….अंत में इस बात पर निर्णय हुआ की प्लेग एक से ज्यादा मनुष्य की बलि नहीं लेगा

पर अगले दिन शाम को राज्य में फिर हाहाकार मच गया….खबर थी की एक या दो नहीं प्लेग ने पुरे 100 लोगों की जान ले ली …..राजा ने उसी समय पुरोहितों को बुलाया और पूछा ये क्या हो रहा है …..नंदी ने राज्य की रक्षा नहीं की ?

पुरोहित भागे भागे नंदी के पास गए …….खबर सुनकर नंदी गुस्से से पागल हो गया…..वह प्लेग की तलाश में दौड़ा….नंदी ने प्लेग को दबोच लिया और कहा ” तूने अपना वचन क्यों तोडा” …..तूने 1  मनुष्य की बलि के लिए कहा था और 100 की बलि ले ली.?…तुझे भगवन शिव सजा देंगे

प्लेग बड़े ही शांत स्वर में बोला – नहीं मैंने अपना वचन नहीं तोडा ..मुझपर गुस्सा मत करो…मैंने तो अपने वचन के अनुसार एक ही मनुष्य की बलि ली …बाकि के 99 तो डर से ही मारे गए…इसमें मेरा कोई दोष नहीं …….इन लोगों को मामूली बुखार था …मामूली बुखार को इन्होने मेरी आहट समझा और डर से ही मर गए

नंदी बिलकुल चुप हो गया …वो कुछ कहने लायक ही नहीं रहा ….उसने प्लेग को छोड़ दिया

किसी और ने नहीं बल्कि लोगों के मन के डर ने ही लोगों की जान ले ली  थी

डर को अगर हम बिना समझे स्वीकार करते रहेंगे तो ये हम पर हावी होता जायेगा लेकिन अगर हम इस को समझ कर इस का सामना करेंगे तो यह आसपास भी नहीं टिक पायेगा

A letter to my Kitchen

 Being a woman i also spend lot of time in my kitchen whether full heartedly , half heartedly or not at all heartedly . But in any case i have to go in my kitchen off and on . Today I feel like writing a letter to my kitchen. Dear Kitchen    Hope you are living a fulfilling life with all your jars filled to the brim with wheat , rice , pulses , sugar , tea ,coffee and cookies . I also hope that your sinks are now empty and clean unlike the last month when maid was on leave .
